    Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, holistic health coaching looks at patterns, habits, and daily rhythms — and helps you build sustainable practices that support your overall wellbeing and health goals.

    My role is to guide, support, and collaborate with you as you develop greater awareness and make aligned changes that fit your life.

    Please note that coaching is not a legally protected healthcare relationship like therapy, and confidentiality exceptions may apply if required by law.

  • Therapy focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, processing trauma, and addressing psychological disorders.

    Holistic health coaching focuses on present-moment awareness, lifestyle support, habit change, transformation, and energy management.

    While emotional experiences may naturally come up as part of self-reflection, this work does not involve psychotherapy, mental health diagnosis, or clinical treatment.

    If you are currently working with a therapist, health coaching can often complement that work, but it does not replace it.

  • No. Holistic health coaching does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

    I do not prescribe medications, diagnose conditions, or replace the care of licensed medical professionals. Clients are encouraged to maintain relationships with their doctors and other qualified healthcare providers.

    • Framework is a comprehensive, 12-week foundational program for nourishment, movement, and long-term rhythm.

    • ReFill is a 6-week, gentle reset focused on energy awareness and recalibration.

    • Breakthrough Sessions are one-off coaching calls designed for clarity and next steps without ongoing commitment, unless desired.
