This program is especially supportive during seasons of transition, recovery, or recalibration.

Session I: The Energy Audit

A guided review of how and where your energy is flowing across key areas of life. We’ll explore -

What is draining you? What energizes you? How can we balance things out?

We’ll look at nourishment, movement, workload, rest, and daily routines.

Between Sessions I and II, the goal will be to simply observe and become more aware of patterns.

Session II: Gentle Recalibration

In Session II, we’ll review what stood out from The Energy Audit, and what you observed between sessions. From there, we’ll begin to explore low-stress, high-impact adjustments. We’ll look at what to simplify, what to amplify, where to protect your energy, and where to gently reinforce supportive habits.

Between Sessions II and III, you’ll begin implementing adjustments. This is where energy may begin to improve!

Session III: Integration & Clarity

In your final ReFill session, we’ll check in on how the adjustments feel in real life. We’ll refine what’s working and release what’s not.

You’ll walk away from Session III with greater overall clarity and a personalized ReFill & Pre-Fill Roadmap that will support you as you move forward.
